Whatever you require the landlord to do to fix the property(if any) , please also write in the special condition box or email us.
You DON'T HAVE TO fill the card details for now, once your offer is accepted, we would issue out an invoice for payment.
Please read the terms and conditions properly before filling the form out and ensure that the information provided on page 2 are true and could be proven.
Once you have completed the application form, you can email it to lettings@merlincooper.co.uk or directly to the property consultant you have been dealing with.
